■ BIDEFORD deservedly collected the three points as they played with pace and determination, along with flowing team work.
The first 20 minutes was a stalemate as the midfields cancelled each other out, and it was half an hour before Jordan Ewing forced a save from Bemerton keeper Ben Taylor. Ten minutes later, Bideford took the lead as Louis Slough found the back of the net.
