■TREY Charles’ penalty just two minutes from time denied Long Eaton United a place in the top five as Rugby Town held the Derbyshire side to a draw.
Callum Cocks put Long Eaton up after just five minutes of play when Ryan Cambell-Gordon pulled the ball back to allow him to score his first goal of 2024.
The hosts were reduced to ten men after 32 minutes as goalkeeper Lewis King was shown a straight red card for sliding in on Charles outside of the penalty area.
