■ ON a very windy after-Margate managed noon, to keep their unbeaten home record despite being two goals down to Erith Town.
The visitors took the lead after 23 minutes when ex-Gate man Ross Craig hit a volley that looked like going over but dipped into the net.
James Dyer took advantage of a Tom Wray error after 72 minutes to level the scores.
Straight from the kick-off, though, a through ball saw keeper Nathan Edwards come and miss it, leaving the Brandon Davey to tap in and put Gate back in front.
