■ SOUTHALL won this tight contest with a goal in what was virtually the last kick of the game.
In a match dominated by defences, it had begun to look like a goalless draw was the likely outcome.
Southall had by far the best of the chances and came close on numerous occasions, but failed to find the net.
Badshot Lea keeper Harry Cawdron had an inspired game and kept the home side at bay.
