■ THE hosts had the better of the chances in the opening half of this derby.
Both Lynton Goss and Anthony Ball went close just after the half-hour.
In the second period, the hosts ramped up the pressure with Michael Shamola starring. First, he headed just over in the 49th minute. Then, in the 55th, he played through Kyal Williams, but he couldn’t keep his effort down.
