■ A SINGLE goal is all that was needed for Waltham Abbey to cement their play in the play-off race whilst Wanderers remain very much rooted to the foot of the Isthmian League North Division.
It was the visitors who looked like scoring the opening goal early on and eventually did via the penalty spot when Prince Domafriyie tried to round keeper Warren Burwood but was upended, the midfielder dusted himself off to send Burwood the wrong way and give Abbey a deserved lead.
