■ NICK Rushton’s strike handed Vauxhall a late victory at Clitheroe.
After 51 minutes, Rushton finished calmly after a flowing move stretched the home defence.
Leon Creech was then foiled on three occasions for Clitheroe before a speculative 50-yard run for Vauxhall saw the ball pulled across and Paddy Kay slotted home.
Sam Olawumi replied instantly for Clitheroe and scored from 20 yards after a deflection. no was fouled in the box and Creech converted.
