Ascot United make the journey to Northwood Park to play Northwood on Saturday looking to pick up points to end their three-game losing streak.
Ascot’s struggles have left them with just four points from their last six Isthmian League Division One – South Central matches, while their opponents have earned the same number from a possible 18.
With 53 goals in 39 games so far this season, Ascot are scoring at below the league average rate with 1.4 goals per game. And they are conceding more than average, letting in 65 goals at a rate of 1.7 per game.
Northwood, meanwhile, are above average scorers, with 1.7 goals per game, compared to a league average of 1.6. They have conceded 1.8 goals per game.
The Woods are 15th in the table after 37 games, of which they have won 11 and drawn five, earning 38 points.
United are two places ahead of the hosts in 13th, with 12 wins and six draws putting them on 42 points.
Northwood’s last match was on Tuesday, a 3-0 loss against Westfield Surrey.
Ascot lost 2-0 against Metropolitan Police last time out, on April 20.
