Promoted AFC Croydon Athletic host last year’s runners-up Ramsgate in a mouthwatering opening day contest.
Croydon, who include Stormzy and Wilfried Zaha as co-chairmen, defeated Jersey Bulls and Knaphill in the play-offs in CCL Premier Division South last season.
Ramsgate reached round two of the FA Cup but missed out on the title despite scoring 106 goals. They lost at home to Chichester City in the play-offs.
Sheppey United also made their name in the FA Cup last term, losing to Walsall in front of the TV cameras. They travel to Three Bridges on day one, who lost 5-0 to Chichester in May’s play-off final.
The division’s other top five side, Sittingbourne, start at home to Broadbridge Heath.
All five promoted sides start at home. Eastbourne Town host a Beckenham Town side who were reprieved from relegation while Deal Town play Lancing, Erith Town welcome Ashford United and Steyning Town Community start at the Shooting Field against Merstham.
Relegated Margate host East Grinstead Town on day one. It’s the first Step 4 game since 1999.
The remaining opening day matches see Littlehampton Town play Herne Bay, Hythe Town home to Phoenix Sports and Sevenoaks Town host Burgess Hill Town.
