PINCHBECK United have opted for experience over youth as they appointed former Bourne Town assistant Tom Crozier as the new manager of the struggling United Counties Premier side.
Crozier joined the Knights this month to help out caretaker Alfie Tate, who on September 2 aged 20 became the youngest manager in the 149-year history of the FA Cup when Pinchbeck lost 4-0 in the extra preliminary round.
First-team coach Tate applied for the job after chairman Gary Coomes explored options to replace Ian Dunn, who resigned before the start of the season.
