SOUTHAM TO TAKE A YEAR OUT

STRUGGLERS Southam United are to take a year off from the game.
After finishing bottom of the Midland League Division One again – this time without a win and just five points from 38 games – the Saints opted to pull out of the league.
They do, however, intend to re-apply and join Division Three for the 2018-19 campaign and work their way back up the pyramid once they have regrouped.
