FORMER Doncaster Rovers striker Tristram Whitman is back at the Non- League club where he started.
Whitman signed for then-Conference side Rovers in February 2000 for £10,000 from Arnold Town but had to wait until November to make his debut against Leigh RMI.
Whitman went on to play a crucial part in Rovers’ 2002-03 promotion campaign, snatching a late equaliser against Chester in the play-offs.
The 37-year-old forward has since played for Tamworth and Dagenham & Redbridge.
