RUGGED defender Dan Wordsworth came up with a man of the match performance and two goals in Workington’s latest Borough Park victory.
Wordsworth was a key performer at the back for the Reds as they stretched their unbeaten run to 13 games. They had the first chance of the game but with only Aaran Taylor to beat, Evan Garnett screwed his shot wide of the post. It was a costly miss because on 13 minutes Workington took the lead.
