CONVINCING doesn’t quite do justice to Bamber Bridge’s performance after an emphatic home display against Radcliffe Borough.
From start to finish the hosts were the better side with just 12 minutes needed for the lead to materialise.
That came courtesy of an own goal, with good work from Ali Waddecar forcing a Radcliffe defender to bundle into his own net when under pressure.
The home side were good value for that lead, one which was doubled on the stroke of half-time when Macauley Wilson finished off a team move.
