MINNOWS Oakengates Athletic have leapt two steps up the pyramid – by merging with West Midlands (Regional) League neighbours Wellington Amateurs.
After winning the Shropshire Premier Division championship – their third title in five years – Oakengates have returned to their former School Grove home after 13 years.
