FREDDIE GRANT believes staying patient in his pursuit of becoming a Football League player is paying off – and the Maidenhead United new boy says playing games has equipped him to cope with the challenges Step 1 will throw at him.
The 22-year-old left-back finished the season strongly with Wealdstone as they reached the play-off semi-finals.
