HELLENIC Premier outfit Tuffley Rovers are looking for a new permanent manager.
Rovers have been run by caretaker Richard Cox following the resignation of Mark Pritchett last August.
The Gloucester-based outfit intended to advertise the position once the season got underway but the decision has been deferred because of the succession of breaks in the campaign.
Cox has overseen nine competitive games during his tenure and will be one of the candidates for the post.
Chairman Dan Boon said: “We are very grateful for the role Richard has played since joining the club and, in particular, since taking the first team on.
“However, we are at a key stage in the club’s development and our committee sees this is as important an appointment, to any role, that we will make for many years.
“We feel we owe it to the club and our supporters to explore all options before making a decision.”
