HORNCHURCH’S second-half domination turned this game into a rout.
Elliot Styles headed them in front from a corner.
Just after the hour, a freekick on the edge of the Ware box allowed George Purcell to fire through the wall and past the diving Tom Coulton. The third arrived when a clearance was charged down and fell to Leon McKenzie, who side-footed home. Purcell made the fourth with a mazy run in which he rounded Coulton before being upended by Junior Appiah for a penalty. Purcell himself stepped up to beat the Ware keeper.
