CARMARTHEN TOWN’S hopes of beating the drop in the JD Welsh Premier League suffered a blow with a late 3-2 defeat at Llandundo in the Play-off Conference.
The Old Gold twice battled back after falling behind with goals from Liam Thomas and Dwayne Coultress cancelling out Danny Shaw’s and Matthew Williams’s efforts for Llandudno. Aidan O’Kelly of Carmarthen was then sent off for a second yellow on 86 minutes and they were made to pay with Marc Williams’ netting a 90th-minute winner for the Seasiders.
