CONNAH’S Quay Nomads are back on top of the JD Welsh Premier League after crushing Llanelli Town 6-0 while The New Saints crashed 1-0 at Aberystwyth Town.
Callum Morris put the Nomads in front with Michael Bakare, Mike Wilde and Andy Owens also netting in the first half. Owens made it five before Wilde then grabbed his second.
The Nomads are two points clear after TNS went down 1-0 to Lee Jenkins’ goal.
Luke Boundford’s leveller snatched a point for Newtown from a 1-1 draw at Cefn Druids.
Carmar then Town came from behind to win 4-3 against Caernarfon Town...
