AARON O’CONNOR has joined Newport County following his departure from Luton Town.
O’Connor is well-known to Exiles boss Justin Edinburgh, having twice been signed by him in the past, once for Grays in 2007 and then by Rushden & Diamonds in 2009.
The 28-year-old, who includes Gresley and Mansfield among his other former clubs, scored seven times in 37 matches for Luton last season.
A statement on the Hatters’ website said: “Luton Town would like to take this opportunity to thank Aaron for his services and consistent effort during his time at Kenilworth Road.”
