BURY have recalled striker Andy Bishop from his loan spell with Blue Square Bet Premier club Wrexham.
Bishop arrived at the Racecourse Ground in late August on a deal running until January 2, 2013. He went on to start four games for Andy Morrell’s side, scoring in a 2-2 draw with Dartford and a 3-0 win over Barrow.
However, Bury felt the need to enforce the release clause in his contract that became active after a month with the Dragons and he is now back at Gigg Lane.
His departure comes as a big blow for Andy Morrell’s side, who currently sit third in the league after picking up 23 points from their opening 12 fixtures.
