WOKING have secured the loan return of former Conference winning midfielder Matt Robinson from League Two side Luton Town.
Robinson, 21, joined the Cards in October and made 11 National League appearances in his first loan spell with Garry Hill’s side.
He scored his first goal in the 5-1 hammering of Gateshead and is now back with Woking until the end of the season as they look to break into the top five.
Robinson started his career with Leicester City before joining Luton in the summer of 2012. He made 31 appearances in the the Hatters’ Conference winning season of 2013-14.
New Luton boss Nathan Jones said: “You can’t evaluate everyone on a day to day basis. So a few of them we’ve looked to get out on loan, so that we can get them game time and that will benefit them.
“Then if I’m able to evaluate that from the games I watch, whether it be live or on DVD, I can actually see them playing in games and it will benefit me and benefit them.”
