ADY PENNOCK has added more firepower to his Forest Green Rovers squad with the addition of former Yeovil striker Kieffer Moore.
The 23-year-old started his career at Truro City before moving to then-Conference South side Dorchester Town where he caught the eye.
The 6ft 5ins forward joined newly promoted Championship club Yeovil in July 2013 for an undisclosed fee and went on to make 50 appearances, scoring seven times, as the Glovers tumbled down the divisions.
He left Yeovil at the end of last season and moved to Norway to sign for top division side Viking FK, playing against the likes of Rosenborg and Molde.
He is back in England now, however, and has signed a deal until the summer of 2017 with National League side Forest Green.
Moore said: “I’m thrilled to sign. There’s a great manager here and I’ve met him a couple of times and everything he’s told me I’ve just taken it in. It’s a great club and I can’t wait to get started.
“My main objective here is to get promoted. That should be the aim for every player here and that’s definitely my aim. I’m excited to be playing at this level and now I am excited to get going.”
Moore follows fellow striker Brett Williams through the door after the previously on loan striker made his move from Stevenage permanent.
Rovers have, however, let forward Delano Sam-Yorke depart the New Lawn. He has joined Boreham Wood on loan until the end of the season.
