GUISELEY boss Mark Bower has added three new faces to his squad ahead of the new National League campaign.
The Lions retained their place in Non-League‘s top tier on the final day of last season, finishing one point above the drop zone.
Bower will be hoping for a more comfortable season this time around and has strengthened his ranks with another three additions.
The first of the trio is experienced left-back Marcus Williams, who returns to English football following a spell in India playing for the Kerala Blasters.
Williams, 30, started his career at Scunthorpe and his fourth spell with the Iron ended following the 2014-15 season, prompting his move to India.
Also arriving at Nethermoor Park are goalkeeper Tim Deasy and 20-year-old striker Jordan Preston.
Deasy, 30, has plenty of Non-League experience having turned out for Barrow, Gateshead, Bradford Park Avenue and Northwich Victoria.
He made 41 appearances for Altrincham last season but was released following the club’s relegation from the National League.
The final new addition is youngster Preston, who signs after being released by Championship outfit Blackburn Rovers in May.
