Non-League is delivering cheers this Christmas

Blues midfielder Tom Shaw told : “We can’t be wearing ‘s red so we had blue and white Santa costumes on!

“We went over after training and it was really nice to bring a smile to the faces of the little kids who will probably be spending Christmas in hospital.

“At first the kids were a little bit shy but after a couple of minutes they love it and want to get amongst it – they were soon sifting through the presents we’d got them.

“But it’s a really nice and enjoyable thing to do. We had a good afternoon. The kids loved it and so did all the lads.”
