LUTON TOWN have made midfielder Matt Robinson their eighth signing of the summer.
The 18-year-old is a product of the Leicester City youth system and represented their Under-18 side over the past two seasons.
He started training with Luton at the back end of last term and linked back up with the Hatters after being released by Leicester earlier this summer.
Robinson has now been handed a two-year deal by Hatters boss Paul Buckle, who says he’s excited by the teenager’s potential.
Speaking to the club’s website, Buckle said: “He’s a smashing kid and has got a great work ethic.
“He ticks all the boxes you want in an 18-year-old. He wants to play, he’s hungry, he listens and he wants to learn.”
