WREXHAM centre-back Mark Creighton is unlikely to play again this season after tearing his medial meniscus, anterior cruciate ligament and medial collateral ligament.
The former Kidderminster Harriers captain suffered the severe injury in a 1-1 draw with Ebbsfleet United last weekend and a scan on Tuesday revealed the shocking extent of the damage to his knee.
He is now set for reconstructive surgery and no timescale has been put on his return.
