WREXHAM defender David Artell has won his appeal against the red card he received at the weekend and is therefore eligible to feature in the Conference Premier play-offs.
The 32-year-old, who is on loan with the Dragons from Northampton Town, was sent off in the last minute of Saturday’s 1-0 defeat to league champions Mansfield Town.
However, the Dragons felt the sending off and automatic three-match ban harsh and appealed the decision.
A Football Association of Wales disciplinary panel has subsequently overturned the three-match ban, meaning Artell can feature in tonight’s semi-final first leg at home to Kidderminster Harriers.
Harriers go into the tie as favourites, having finished second in the Blue Square Bet Premier, 13 points above the Dragons.
