SIMON AINGE has wasted no time in finding a new club after leaving Luton Town on Thursday.
The centre-back has signed for their fellow Conference Premier outfit FC Halifax Town, who won the Conference North play-offs last season.
Ainge is a familiar face to those at the Shay, having spent the second half of the 2007/08 season there (while they were Halifax Town) on loan from Bradford City.
He is the second central defender to join the Shaymen today, following the arrival of Buxton’s Marc Roberts.
