ANDY BISHOP says it was “an easy decision” to return to Wrexham.
The experienced frontman spent just over a month on loan with the Dragons at the start of last season, scoring twice in four matches.
He was due for a longer stay at the Racecourse Ground but was recalled by parent club Bury after just four weeks with the Conference Premier club.
Bishop, who has over 230 Football League appearances under his belt while with the Shakers, has now signed permanent for the Welsh outfit on a two-year deal.
Speaking about his move, the former Walsall and York man said: “It’s good to be back!”
“From day one the fans were brilliant and so was the club, so it made it an easier decision to make the move.
“I was impressed with the quality last time and this season should be a good campaign.”
