STRIKER Jake Speight has joined Alfreton Town on loan from League Two club Mansfield Town.
The 28-year-old has featured just twice for the Stags this season and joins Alfreton to get some first-team games under his belt.
Speight started out at Sheffield United and has since played at a number of clubs, including Scarborough, Bury, Northwich, Droylsden, Bradford City and Wrexham.
He goes straight into the Alfreton squad for their game at Gateshead tomorrow and will remain at the Impact Arena until November 12.
