CARL ADAMS has taken sole charge of Stratford Town after his joint-manager Morton Titterton was forced to resign due to ill health.
A statement from Craig Hughes, chairman of the Midland Football Alliance club said: “As a club we state that it is with reluctance and regret we accept the resignation and wish all the best for the future to him and his family.
“I personally would like to thank Morton for his time at the club and have enjoyed working with him because of his professionalism, drive and management skills. If he continued in the role I know he would have brought the success he deserved.
“At the moment that is not going to happen due to his circumstances and priorities towards his work and family.
“It is hoped that sometime in the future he will in some way be connected with the club again.”
