AMBITIOUS Hellenic League Premier side Kidlington have announced a £27,500 ground improvement plan that would allow them to be promoted.
Kidlington are currently fourth in the league with games in hand over their rivals as they look to win promotion to the Southern League.
The club are performing a number of improvements at their Yarnton Road ground to ensure they comply by the March 31 deadline.
They are installing two new turnstiles, additional seating for 50 people which includes an area for the media, new toilets and hospitality for spectators and club officials accessible from within the confines of the ground.
It’s more good news for a club that have enjoyed a successful season already, especially in FA competitions.
They made it through to the FA Cup second qualifying round before losing to National League North side Gloucester City and this Saturday they travel to Cleethorpes Town in the FA Vase last 16.
