WILL PUDDY has signed a one-year contract extension at Salisbury City.
The former Cheltenham and Chippenham goalkeeper was the Whites’ first choice between the sticks last season, making 40 appearances in a campaign that saw them regain a place in the Conference Premier.
He kept 12 clean sheets in those 40 matches and has now committed himself to the Raymond McEnhill outfit for 2013/14.
Speaking about his decision to remain with the Wiltshire outfit, Puddy said: “I had a few offers from other clubs during the summer which was nice however I feel like we have something special here at Salisbury and I want to continue where we left off last season.
“It’s exciting times at Salisbury, we have an ambitious young manager and I believe we can have another great season.”
