WINGER Alex Rodman has joined Grimsby Town following his departure from Aldershot Town earlier this summer.
The 26-year-old was on the books of the Shots for two seasons but spent a large part of last term on loan at York City.
Rodman, who includes Grantham, Gainsborough and Tamworth among his former clubs, was one of a number of players released by the Shots in May following the club’s relegation back into Non-League and their subsequent move into administration.
The two-time England C international has now linked up with Grimsby and expected to make his first appearance for the Mariners in their pre-season friendly with Northern Counties East League neighbours Cleethorpes Town on Tuesday night.
