LUTON TOWN have signed two players from Conference North outfit Histon, while telling six players they are not being offered new deals at Kenilworth Road.
Arriving from the Stutes are 21-year-olds Jim Stevenson and Danny Fitzsimons.
Midfielder Stevenson finishing last season as the Cambridgeshire club’s top scorer with 11 goals, while Fitzsimons was a regular in their back four, either playing at left-back or centre-back.
Both have agreed two-year-old deals with Luton and will sign those when their current contracts with Histon expire at the end of June.
Leaving Luton are defenders Greg Taylor and Wayne Thomas; midfielders James Dance and Adam Watkins and young professionals Lewis Kidd and Alasan Ann.
