FORMER Southport defender Chris Lever has signed for AFC Telford United.
The 26-year-old had an impressive season for the Sandgrounders in 2012/13, netting seven goals from 31 Conference Premier games.
He has now dropped down a division to join his old Southport boss Liam Watson, who is now in charge of Telford, at the New Buck’s Head.
