MIDFIELDER Chris Arthur has stepped up two divisions to join League Two club AFC Wimbledon from Havant & Waterlooville.
Arthur, 23, helped the Hawks to a tenth-place finish in the Conference South last season following spells at Northampton Town and Rotherham United.
He has now sealed a return to the Football League and AFC Wimbledon boss Neal Ardley feels he can make a big impact at Kingsmeadow.
Speaking to the Dons’ official website, Ardley said: “He has got unbelievable pace, a great left foot and he can also fill in at left-back. I think we can develop Chris and turn him into a very good player.
“He had a great season at Havant and we believe he will fit in well to the dynamics of our team.”
