WITH two full sets of results falling in a seven-day period from the Easter period, a record-breaking 3,201 points were up for grabs in the build-up to the final week of the FNL season.
All the leagues that feature in this season’s FNL have now come to an end; and all we have left now is the play-off games, leading up to the Skrill Premier Play-Off Final at Wembley on Sunday May 18.
As you know, The Mixture League – our seventh league – features six real world divisions. There, we had a total of 12 teams featuring in the play-offs semi-finals, all accruing points.
They were: Calor Central – Rugby Town, Kettering Town and Slough Town. Calor South & West – Merthyr Town, Tiverton Town and Swindon Supermarine. Ryman North – Heybridge Swifts. Ryman South – Leatherhead, Guernsey and Hastings Utd. Evo-Stik North – Darlington 1883. Evo-Stik South – Leek Town.
This update takes us up to April 26 and as you can see things have got very tight in the race for the April Manager of the Month with just one point separating the top two; Gravesend United and SandGrowNuns 5.
This month, thereford, will come down to who has the most league leaders and of course play-off teams who played before the end of April.
Meanwhile, third placed Woolgars Winners (66th overall) and Heed Bangers (73rd) in fourth, are in the melting pot for the April cash, just 11pts and 15pts respectively off the leader.
