The National Game Awards are back – have your say!

IT seems like only a few months ago we were all preparing for the new season but today are asking its readers to get their thinking caps on and turn their attention to May – The National Game Awards are back!

The season is flying by but we’re delighted to announce that once again we’ll be leading the way by dishing out the must-have accolades, and we’ve got a special new partner to lend a hand.

Dean Holdsworth and his  Footballers’ Association are throwing their weight behind our annual bash – which will take place on Wednesday May 20 at Fulham’s Craven Cottage.

The former Premier League striker is looking after players’ needs off the pitch, and his support is making sure managers, fans and club personnel are given some special treatment.

It’s not always as straight forward as the stats for the Golden Boot, this year supported by former Kettering star Guy Branston with his showcasing website All About Ballerz.

The William Hill Fan of the Year always needs your input – does your club have a top supporter that goes the extra mile?

It’s the same for the NLFA Unsung Hero, and opinion always matters with the Huck Nets Goal of the Season.

Sportsbeat are proudly backing the Young Player gong for another season, while FieldTurf are making their NGA debut – they’re right behind the Manager of the Year award.

Timali are another new face and they’re looking forward to one of the event’s hotly contested awards, the Step 3 and 4 Player of the Year. If you watch football outside of the three Conference divisions, your votes really matter.

The Football Foundation are enjoying another season of helping clubs shape their future and our long-term partners are back again – typically they are sponsoring the Community Club prize. Glove specialists Reusch also return with the Goalkeeper of the Year.

It’s been a great cup year and Toolstation are backing the Cup Run award while Red Insure, a big backer of the , will be presenting the Team of the Year with their goodies.

Our friends at the PFA are rewarding Fair Play, and the  themselves will be on hand to honour England C’s top star of the season.

It’s already looking like the National Game Awards will be better than ever – make sure you play your part!
