NUNEATON TOWN have completed the loan signing of Mansfield Town winger Louis Briscoe.
Briscoe started the first two games of the season for the Stags but has since not featured for the 2011/12 Conference Premier champions.
The 25-year-old, who is a former England C international, will spend a month with Boro and his manager Paul Cox feels it’s a positive move.
Speaking to the club’s website, Cox said: “Towards the end of last week, Louis approached me and we had a chat regarding a potential loan move.
“We both agreed that, at some point, he will figure in our first 11 and so decided a month of first team football elsewhere in preparation would be beneficial for both parties.”
