YORK CITY boss Jackie McNamara has added three news faces to his squad as he gears up for the club’s return to Non-League.
The Minstermen have now signed 14 players since relegation from League Two last season and the latest three are all attacking options for McNamara.
The first is forward Daniel Nti, who has impressed over the last three seasons with National League North outfit Worcester City.
The 23-year-old made 130 starts for Worcester, scoring 44 goals and contributing 26 assists after joining from Loughborough University and moves to York for an undisclosed fee.
Following Nti to Bootham Crescent is 29-year-old attacking midfielder Yan Klukowski who joins following two seasons in League Two with Newport County.
A former Forest Green Rovers favourite, who netted 49 league goals over a four year spell at the New Lawn, he brings plenty of experience to the Minstermen.
The third new addition is 20-year-old winger Aidan Connolly who signs from Scottish Championship side Raith Rovers having scored five times in 16 league appearances last term.
The former Queens Park youngster has worked under McNamara before at Dundee United in the Scottish Premier League.
