Early rounds for FA Cup, FA Trophy and FA Vase have been drawn

THE excitement for the new 2016-17 season has ramped up after the opening two rounds of the , and were drawn on Friday morning.

The FA Cup, starting early this season on Saturday 6 August, has 736 clubs entering and the competition will kick off with 184 extra preliminary round games taking place across the country.

The Trophy, beginning on October 8, has seen 276 clubs accepted while 592 will take participate in the Vase, with that starting on September 10.

The FA Youth Cup was also drawn and that starts on September 5 with 502 clubs entering the competition in total.
