The 21-year-old has signed a two-and-a-half year contract and will hope to be involved against Salford City on Saturday, subject to international clearance.
Maguire-Drew spent the first half of the 2018/19 season at National League rivals Wrexham AFC where he scored three times in 17 appearances, having spent last season on loan at League Two sides Lincoln City and Coventry City.

Maguire-Drew told the club’s website: “I got a call from my agent saying Orient wanted to sign me and I said, ‘get it done’ straight away. It’s a great Club to be at, it’s a Club on the up and I want to be part of the success here
“I like to get supporters off their seats, I like trying to make things happen, score goals, create goals, get the team up the pitch as much as I can when I get the ball.”
Leyton Orient are four points clear at the top of the National League.
