National League South club Dulwich Hamlet have dipped into the transfer market ahead of the impending deadline to bring in 27-year-old midfielder Charlie Allen.
Allen, who came through the youth structures at Brentford and Dagenham & Redbridge and is the son of infamous manager Martin, was most recently plying his trade at Bostik Premier side Grays Athletic.
The midfielder has played for a range of clubs in Non-League including the likes of Billericay Town, Margate and Farnborough, whilst also enjoying brief stints in the Football League with both Notts County and Gillingham.
Dulwich are currently sitting in 17th place in the National League South table, eight points above the relegation zone.
