KIDDERMINSTER HARRIERS are searching for their third manager of the season after parting company with head coach Dave Hockaday.
The former Forest Green Rovers and Leeds United chief took charge at Aggborough in October, replacing Gary Whild who had left the previous month.
Hockaday led the club to their first National League win of the season against Woking and another victory over Aldershot soon followed.
Despite those wins, Kiddy remain bottom of the table and are 12 points adrift of safety after five straight league defeats.
Harriers were also embarrassed twice by local rivals Stourbridge. Their Evo-Stik NPL Premier neighbours beat them in both the FA Cup and FA Trophy.
Hockaday became the third manager at the club since the sacking of Steve Burr exactly two years ago with Kiddy sitting seventh in Non-League‘s top flight.
Chairman Rod Brown said: “We’d like to thank Dave for his hard work and contribution to the club during his time with us. We’ve talked at length and both agree that this is the right move forward.”
