Eastleigh break their transfer record to sign Barnet central defender Bondz N’Gala

have broken their transfer record to sign Conference-winning central defender Bondz N’Gala from .

The 27-year-old, who stands at 6ft 2ins, made 44 appearances as the Bees won the Conference title in 2014-15.

He helped Barnet to a 15th-place finish in their first season back in League Two before signing a new one-year deal in the summer.

N’Gala has made 14 appearances for Martin Allen’s side this term but will now return to with Eastleigh after the Spitfires had a club record bid accepted.

The former West Ham, Plymouth, Yeovil, Stevenage and Portsmouth defender could make his debut on Tuesday night in the fixture against .

N’Gala has become Ronnie Moore’s second new addition this week following the loan signing of experienced goalkeeper Scott Brown from Wycombe Wanderers.

“Scott is an experienced keeper with a lot of League experience,” Spitfires boss Moore told BBC Sport.
