MACCLESFIELD TOWN look likely to be without top scorer Matthew Barnes-Homer for the remainder of the season.
The frontman, who has bagged 18 goals this term, suffered a fractured cheekbone in the latter stages of Macc’s 0-0 draw with Wrexham last weekend.
He underwent surgery on Thursday and is not expected to figure for the Silkmen again this term.
