STEPHEN O’HALLORAN has joined Stockport County following his recent departure from Nuneaton Town.
The left-back was a regular at Nuneaton last term and played a integral role in a back four that kept eight clean sheets from their final 13 games of the 2012/13 Blue Square Bet Premier campaign.
O’Halloran, a former Aston Villa trainee, represented the Republic of Ireland twice in 2007 and has also had spells with Wycombe Wanderers, Coventry City and Carlisle United over the course of his career.
He is now looking forward to a new chapter at Edgeley Park and told the Hatters’ website: “Stockport County are a big club and it’s an honour to play for them, this club should be much higher than they currently are.
“I’m really looking forward to kicking on and help get the club back to where it belongs.”
